Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the application value of 320 multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods:From January 2010 to September 2010 98 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage were doubted having the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm underwent the examination of 320 multi-slice spiral CT angiography and Digital subtraction angiography in one week.Results:88 cases of intracranial aneurysm were founded by CT angiography and 87 cases of intracranial aneurysm were founded by Digital subtraction angiography, the coincidence rate was 97.70%.Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm has the advantages of no trauma, more quickly and accurately, lower cost, less complications and various three-dimensional Processing methods, and it can be the top choice in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
