Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 68 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=34) and treatment group (n=34). The control group received only routine therapy, while the treatment group,on the basis of routine therapy, was treated with Yiqihuoxuebushen prescription, with a treatment course of 3 months for both groups. The urinary microalbumin (mALB),α1-microglobulin (α1-MG),immunoglobulinG (IgG),transferrin (TF),retinal binding protein(RBP),N-acety-beta-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) before and after treatment in two groups were detected and compared. Results The mALB,α1-MG,IgG,TF,RBP and NAG were decreased significantly after treatment in treatment group (P0.05),However, there was no significant decrease in control group (P0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yiqihuoxuebushen prescription on early DN is superior to that of simple routine therapy.
