Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital in 2010 and so as to provide references for clinical rational use of antihypertensive drugs. Methods: The varieties, consumption sum and DDDs etc of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital were analyzed statistically with the use of Excel software by consumption sum ranking method and DDDs analytic method. Results: Calcium channel blockers (CCB), Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist dominated the first 3 places on the consumption list while Enalapril tablets, Amlodipine tablets and Valsartan tablets leading the first 3 places on the DDDs list of all the antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital. Conclusion: The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically rational.
