Abstract

Objective To study the effects of HU ECS extracted from traditional Chinese medicine on cultured osteoblasts in vitro. Methods MTT,PNPP and ARS were used to observe the proliferation,activity of ALP and the number of mineral nodes of osteoblasts cultured in vitro. Results It was found that HU ECS had the effects on stimulating the proliferation,ALP activity and the number of mineral nodes of cultured osteoblasts In 10 -6 g/ml concentration,the effect was stable and notable. Conclusion HU ECS has the effects on stimulating the proliferation,differentiation and maturation of cultured osteoblasts in vitro. \;
