Analysis of phosphate West Gulliver Ding combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze sitagliptin phosphate with metformin treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, the control group patients were treated with metformin,sitagliptin phosphate patients in the experimental group therapy on the basis of the control group. Comparison of the two groups of patients. Treatment observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions Sitagliptin phosphate with metformin treatment of type 2 diabetes significant effect, complication rate, worthy of clinical application.
