Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of benazepril joint hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension. Methods From June 2009 to June 2011, 60 hypertension patients according to the random number table were divided into two groups. The observation group patients were given maleate thiazide with benazepril capsules hydrochlorothiazide, and the control group patients were only given maleic acid enalapril capsule, the antihypertensive effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of benazepril joint hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension is good, and it is worthy for promotion and application.
