Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of enalapril combined hydrochlorothiazide on treating hypertension. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, each with 48 cases. The control group were treated with enalapril only, while the observation group was added hydrochlorothiazide. Efficacy anf blood pressure before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results Efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group. Conclusion Enalapril combining with hydrochlorothiazide for high blood pressure has satisfactory results, less adverse reactions and is suitable for clinical application.
