Analysis on the Status of Hepatitis B Virus Infection among Freshmen in College and Technical Secondary School in Kaili City from 2007 to 2009

[Objective] To know the status of HBV infection among freshmen in college and technical secondary school in order to offer scientific evidence for HBV infection control and classified management.[Methods]Fetching the vein blood of 30 971 freshmen in college and technical secondary school in Kaili city from 2007 to 2009,HBV markers was adopted by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and ALT was adopted by Reitman Frankel Assay.[Results]1 767 were found with positive HBsAg among among frshmen in college and technical secondary school from 2007 to 2009 and the positive rate of HBsAg was 5.71%.There was no significant difference in HBsAg positive rate in different years(P0.05).The amount in male(6.17%)was higher than that in female(5.08%)(P0.01).77.70%of the HBV infection students(568)were positive for HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb as well as HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb detected HbsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb.The positive rate of the abnormal ALT was 1.24% and the rate was dropping along with years(P0.01).[Conclusion]The positive rate of HBsAg among freshmen in college and technical secondary school is lower than ordinary people.
