Considerations in Formulating Anti-monopoly Law

The acceleration of economic globalization requires the formulation of the anti-monopoly law.China's anti-monopoly law aims at developing domestic economy and pursuing the policy of opening to the outside world.The anti-monopoly law should include the regulations of executive monopoly and economic monopoly,but the emphasis should be put on the latter.The law should regulate the limitation of the competition about the intellectual property and apply to other countries.We should found universal anti-monopoly agency throughout the country.
