Globalization of Economy and Formulation of China’s Anti-monopoly Law

The acceleration of economic globalization requires the formulation of the anti-monopoly law and the regulations of competition.China’s anti-monopoly law aims at developing domestic economy and pursuing the policy of opening to the outside world.The anti-monopoly law should include the regulations of executive monopoly and economic monopoly,but the emphasis should be put on the latter.The law should apply to other countries and the limitation of the competition about the intellectural property.
