Abstract
The market directed economy is a competitive economy. There are many behaviors which improperly use the right of competition in the competition. The anti-monopoly saw is an important method to district the limitative behaviors of the competition. The article deals with some issues such as the necessity of the anti-monopoly law which should be published instantly and our country should confirm the basic principles in the anti-monopoly law and our country should forbid the monopoly behaviors.
