Some Questions about Legislation of Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law

Abstract
Free competition is the basic of the market economy, but monopoly restrains the competition. So the legislation of anti-monopoly law is the requirement for promoting and developing the market economy, In this paper, the author advances some suggestions for the legislation of anti-monopoly law of our country from four aspects:the relation between anti-monopoly law and scale economy, the standard and constitution of monopoly,the cxecutive organ and setup right, and exrta-domain effect of anti-monopoly law of our country.
