Abstract
【Objective】 To analyse mitral annulus velocity measured by quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI) and to evaluate left ventricular function of the patients with hypertension.【Methods】30 patients with hy-pertension were compared with 30 healthy subjects, examing Tissue Motion Velocity numbers(Ve,Va,Ve/Va) in different walls of left ventricular.【Results】Compared with the healthy subjects, the patients with hypertension show lower Ve,Ve/Va ratio of all walls(P 0.05).【Conclusion】The mitral annular velocity determined by QTVI can ac-curately evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function on hypertension patients.
