Abstract

Using principal component analysis,and in view of the relevant indicators and data from 2007 Statistical Yearbook of Shandong Provincen,this paper analyzes the innovation ability of 17 cities in Shandong Province,and evaluates the results.Corresponding countermeasures to enhance the ability have been put forward.
