Abstract
Taking SCI-E database on the platform of Web of Science as the literature sources,and by using the bibliometric method,this paper carries out a statistical analysisi on the research papers of Henan University published in the period of 2005—2014 from the aspects of papers' annual collection number,cooperative countries and institutions,subjects distribution,authors distribution,source journals,and funding institutions,etc.,the results of which show that the number of papers of Henan University collected by SCI-E in recent 10 years appears an increasing tendency year by year,and it has a certain influence on the scientific research in material,chemical,and physical fields,and the quality of published papers should be improved and the international exchange and cooperation should be strengthened.
