Statistics and Analysis of Scientific Papers of South China Normal University in SCI-E Between 1999 and 2011

Abstract

Based on Web of knowledge,the paper retrieves the published scientific research papers of South China Normal University during 1999-2011 which are recorded in SCI-E database.It also analyzes bibliometrically the numbers,citations,subject categories,source publications,document types and languages,cooperation nations and agencies,funds of those published papers,and then gives some advise on how to increase the number and improve the quality of scientific papers being recorded.
