Abstract
【Objective】To observe the influence of atorvastatin in the different intensive time and dosage on clinical effects in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).【Methods】Seventy-eight patients of ACS were randomly assigned into three groups:A group(n=26)was given 20 mg/d atorvastatin at night,B group(n=26) was given 40 mg/d atorvastatin at night,C group(n=26) was given 40 mg/d atorvastatin at night first week, then 20 mg/d atorvastatin at night.Plasma levels of hsCRP、lipid were detected before and 1,6 weeks after treatment and the cardiovascular events were recorded in 6 weeks in all patients.【Results】At 1 week after treatment, the plasma levels of lipid did not change significantly(P0.05)in any group, the plasma level of hs-CRP was markedly reduced in B group and C group(P0.05),but was not markedly reduced in A group(P0.05),at 6 weeks after treatment, compared to those before treatment, the plasma levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerid(TG),hs-CRP decreased significantly.B group and C group compared to A group, showed significant difference on plasma levels of hsCRP 、TC、TG and cardiovascular events(P0.05),but there was not significant difference between B group and C group(P0.05).【Conclusion】Efficacy of treatment with high-dose atorvastatin first and then low-dose is better than continual low-dose and similar to continual high-dose.
