Therapeutic Efficacy of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule for the Improvement of TCM Single Symptoms of Hyperlipemia

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Liuwei nengxiao capsule for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine single symptom of hyperlipemia patients.METHODS:A randomized, open, positive drug controlled parallel method was designed.108 hyperlipemia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 81 cases for experimental group, tid and one pills each time, and 27 cases for control group, tid and 2 pills each time.Treatment course lasted for 6 weeks.RESULTS:106 patients including 80 cases for experimental group and 26 cases for control group had completed experiment.The total response rate of obesity and cerebaria symptoms in experimental group were better than control group after treatment, there were statistical significance between 2 groups (P0.05).There was no statistical significance between 2 groups in total response rate of symptoms such as chest distress, emesia expectoration and acroanesthesia (P0.05).ADR of 2 groups were little.CONCLUSION:Liuwei nengxiao capsule for hyperlipemia is safe and effective.
