Abstract

Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of color doppler ultrasound in the superficial lymph node tuberculosis. Method: High frequency probe were used for color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,Continuous sliding longitudinal section and cross section scan was performed in 227 patients with superficial lymph enlargement, the ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with the pathological findings, ultrasonographic features of different lymph node tuberculosis were compared, and they were also compared with other lymph nodes lesions. Result: 212 patients were diagnosed as superficial lymph node tuberculosis by the ultrasound. 220 cases proved to be superficial lymph node tuberculosis by pathology biopsy, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 96. 4%( 212 /220). Bilateral lesions were the most,a total of 115 cases( 52.3%). Conclusion: Color doppler ultrasound is rapid, specific detection in superficial lymph node tuberculosis, has great application value in clinical, can be used as the preferred imaging of superficial lymph tuberculosis examination method.
