Abstract
[Objective] To Comparative Study:the value of color Doppler ultrasound and Interventional Ultrasound(Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy)in diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes enlargement.[Methods] We Comparatively evaluated 139 patients who underwent cervical lymph nodes enlargement of the Ultrasound-Guided puncture, biopsy and color Doppler ultrasonographic features.[Results] color Doppler ultrasonographic results were analyzed, the diagnostic accurate rate of CDFI in CLPN was 89.3%,followed by MLPN,PLPN,respectively 66.7%,62.1%,41.7% for the lowest TLPN.[Conclusions] Ultrasound-Guided Biopsy has valuable clinical value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes enlargement.
