Abstract
Objective To reveal the clinical value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis for superficial tumescent lymph nodes.Method The 2D,CDFI,PW frequency spectrum feature of 78 cases' 305 superficial were studied with color Doppler ultrasound.Result 37,14,17,10 cases were reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, malignant tumor metastasis, malignant lymphoma, respectively. Conclusion Accurate differential diagnosis could be made with analysis for frequency spectrum feature with color Doppler ultrasound.
