Abstract

Objective: To explore the differential diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound on cervical lymph nodes enlargement. Methods: The ultrasonographic features and pathological diagnosis of 92 patients with cervical lymph nodes enlargement were retrospectively evaluated. Results: Different kinds of cervical lymph nodes enlargement showed different characters.Ninty-two patients included 46 cases with CLPN,11 cases with PLPN,17 cases with MLPN and 18 cases with TLPN.Color Doppler ultrasonographic results were analyzed and compared with the pathologic findings,CDFI had a diagnostic accuracy of 88.1%.Conclusions: Color Doppler ultrasonography has clinical value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis for cervical lymph nodes enlargement. This method can be used as the preferred.
