Abstract

Macro-control and market-based allocation of resources is an important component of the socialist market economy. Macro-control is important and indispensible because it could help get rid of the limitation and blindness of enterprises and the market, combining global and local, current and long-term arrangement of the social resources. Concentrating on developing productivity, managing economy, politics, culture and society to develop our country from all aspects and meeting the needs of people in material and spiritual life is one of the functions of the socialist government. Within the duty and responsibility, the government will concentrate on the people’s interest and will to carry out the duties and responsibilities. That is the macro-control of our country. The configuration of resources of enterprises can be solved by the market, however, the resources of the whole society cannot be solved by the market.
