Government undertake the function of macro adjusting and control, it has historical inevitability, and also objective necessity. Guarantee market function fairly and orderly, at same time play felicitous role of government. Combine market and government subtly, create flourishing economy, prosperous living and just society. Get the ideal aim that coordinating development of economy, culture and society, coordinating development of human being and nature.
