A Comparison Between Confucius and Mencius Ethics

Both Confucius Mencius had paid enough attention to the study and dispute of ethic problems.They both shared similarities and differences in origin of moral study,ideal morality and personality and its cultivation.It is universally acknowledged that Confucius theory provided a good prototype of Mencius moral system and Mencius point of view had also greatly riched and developed Confucius treasury,whose dissimilarities just show the evolution and advancement of the Confucian School.
