Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane with limbal stem cells autografts for recurrent pterygium.Method: 8 cases ( 8 eyes ) with recurrent pterygiun were treated with transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane with limbal stem cells autografts after excison.Result: All the patients were followed up for 6～22 months without recurrences.Conclusion: Transplantation of autografts preserved amniotic membrane with limbal stem cells autografts is effect and safe for treatment of the recurrent pterygium.
