Abstract

目的:探讨新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植术在复发性翼状胬肉治疗中的作用.方法:以新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植手术治疗复发性翼状胬肉31例36眼,术后随访5～24月.结果:植片全部存活,无排斥反应发生.随访期内有2眼翼状胬肉复发.供体角膜缘区无并发症发生.结论:新鲜羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植是一种治疗复发性翼状胬肉的简单、安全、有效的手术方法.
