Abstract

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy on antiviral therapy in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with hepatic diabetes. Methods Fifty cases of patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatic diabetes in the hospital from January 2007 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,bicyclol(75-150 mg/d,used 24weeks) combined ursodeoxycholic acid capsule(250 mg/d,used 24 weeks) used in 25 cases in control group, adefovir dipivoxil(10mg/d,used 24 weeks) was used in 25 cases in the observation group on the basis of that in control group, the indicators in patients were detected and comparativly analysed. Results The total effective and HBV-DNA negative cases in observation group were significantly better than control group, liver function ALT,AST,ALB and TBIL recovery situation in observation group were significantly better than control group, blood glucose target FPG and 2h PG in observation group were significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Clinical efficacy on antiviral therapy in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis with hepatic diabetes is significant,it is a safe and effective treatment, worthy of clinical application.
