Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period. Methods 50 cases of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period in our hospital from February 2010 to June 2012 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment, each group of 25 cases, the control group patients were given albumin supplementation, cholagogue function,anti-infection and protect liver, such as general treatment, the observation group patients were treated with lamivudine on the basis of the control group. The total bilirubin (TBiL),serum albumin (Alb),aspartate transaminase (AST),alanine transaminase (ALT),HBV-DNA turn overcast rate between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was compared. Results The HBV-DNA turn overcast rate in observation group was 72.0%,the control group was 8.0%,the difference was significant between the two groups (P0.05).The TBiL,Alb,AST and ALT in the observation group after treatment was superior to that of the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05).The adverse reactions had no significant difference between two groups (P0.05).Conclusion Lamivudine can improve the hepatitis B cirrhosis of liver reserve function in patients with decompensated period, which is safe and effective.
