Abstract

This paper discusses the principles and methods of powertrain parameters for the pure electric vehicle,the powertrain framework of a pure electric vehicle which uses storage cells as the power source is presented.The methods of designing powertrain parameters are described.The related parameters of storage cells,the motor and the gear ratio of the driveline are designed on the basis of theoretic and engineering analysis.Then the dynamic performance and driving mileage of the electric vehicle is simulated by matlab,simulation result indicates that efficiency of the powertrain and dynamic performance of the vehicle are confirmed.
