Abstract

Relying on scientific and technological progress and innovation and cultivating a large number of high-quality workers and specialists is the important support for revitalization of the old industrial bases in northeast China.Postgraduate education undertakes the important responsibility to cultivate high-level innovative talents for the revitalization of the old industrial bases in northeast China.A full awareness of the relationship and the existing conditions will be of great importance to fully play its role in cultivating postgraduates' innovative ability.
