Abstract
The horn for revitalization of northeast old industrial base has sounded.The change of old industrial bases needs policies and funds,but it needs talents most.The development of application-oriented education and optimization of its structure have positive effects on promoting northeast old industrial base.This paper,based on analyzing the talent status in northeast old industrial base,puts forward the idea that the revitalization of northeast should pay attention to culture application-oriented talents,also,it gives the ways.
