The Observation of the Clinical Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Patients with Hypertension

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of community nursing intervention on hypertension patients in community.Methods: Shang Meilin community in Futian District of Shenzhen,206 cases of hypertension patients in the community were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 103 cases in each group getting the control group routine antihypertensive treatment and nursing.Community nursing intervention was implemented in a variety of ways,including the establishment of health files,community health education,exercise,diet,medication compliance,psychological intervention.Results: We did the implementation of community nursing intervention before the intervention group and the control group of hypertension knowledge,compliance,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure and there was no significant difference in blood pressure control,(P 0.05).And we had the implementation of community nursing intervention for 1 years after the intervention.The intervention group of hypertension awareness,medication compliance,blood pressure control and so on are higher than those of control group(P 0.05).Conclusions: The implementation of community nursing intervention can improve the effect of community patients with hypertension,reduce complications and reduce the mortality rate and is worth giving the clinical promotion.
