Innovative Settings for Internal Institutions of Grassroots Procuratorial Organs

In the setting of internal institutions of grassroots procuratorial organs in China,there are many problems such as excessive number,meticulous division of labor,and the role of prosecutors being not prominent,affected by the theoretical definition of procuratorial power's connotation,organization law of procuratorial organs,and management system of the prosecutor. The article points out that,on the basis of following the combination of relatively independent prosecutors and procuratorial integration and the principle of prosecutors' classified management,the internal institutions could be divided into two categories and seven departments according to the litigation links.
