The contemporary procuratorial rights result from the practice of the theory of power division in countries all over the world since modern times.After the founding of New China,drawbacks and difficulties emerged in the development of procuratorial rights,besides the changes in its connotation,after which,a systematic system of procuratorial rights has been set up.However,evidence shows that legal supervision has not been carried out with procuratorial rights in the same way as the composers have expected.Therefore,power should be reasonably assigned and divided for procuratorial rights following the division principles,in order to realize the scientific development of it.
