Abstract

Our currently administrative procuratorial supervision due to much on criminal,little on administration is not studied enough.The procuratorial system supply shortage and no judicial practice experience severely restrict the authority of procuratorial supervision.This paper analyzes the problems of administrative procuratorial supervision,refers to foreign legislative experience,reconstructs the system of procuratorial supervision to promote the procuratorial supervision of the rule of law.
