Abstract
Internal institutions reform of procuratorates is closely related to procuratorial functions,while the fuzzy cognition of the functions is the primary cause of problems in current internal institutions. In order to optimize the integration of internal institutions,we should precisely clarify boundaries of procuratorial functions based on diversified interpretation,which provides a theoretical guidance to internal institutions reform.
