Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Assay of asarone.Methods:The Kromasil C18 column(200mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase:methanol and water(70:30),the detected wave was at 258nm.Result:The linear range was in concentration ranges of 0.134~536μg·mL-1,Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,accurate and high specificity,it can be used for determination of the assay of α-asarone.
