Abstract

Objective:To establish a method of determination of icraiin in the compound oral liquid of Hongjiachongcao.Methods:The Diamonsil-ODS-C18was used and mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(25:75) with detection vavelength at 270nm.Results:The average recovery of icraiin was 99.98%,RSD = 0.91%.Conclusions:The method is rapid,simple,accurate,and suitable for the determination of icraiin in the compound oral liquid of Hongjiachongcao.
