Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods Treated 80 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients and the control group of 40 patients. The control group was given conventional therapy, based on the treatment of the control group, the treatment group added montelukast sodium in the treatment. When after 3 months, compared efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95. 0% higher than 77. 5% in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children significantly, worthy to be popularized.
