Abstract

School-enterprise cooperation is important for vocational colleges to seek sustainable development,while the lagging system severely restricts the extent of school-enterprise cooperation.Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College,after making innovation in school-enterprise cooperation of running school,cultivating talents and employment,has made some achievements.To strengthen the innovative system of school-enterprise cooperation,vocational colleges should establish systems in win-win practice,sharing of talents,benefit share and personnel management and distribution.
