Research on university-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges based on applied talents training

After nearly 10 years of development, as the talent cultivation target tilts to the market, higher vocational education attaches great importance to the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. The colleges try to achieve the combination of production,study and research. But at present, the university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education still has some problems which cannot be ignored: the enterprise enthusiasm is not high; the school cannot serve for the enterprise and the policy support is not strong enough. Thus, we need to actively explore the research, innovate the cooperation ideas and achieve win-win in the process of cooperation.
