Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect and security of pulmonary surfactant in treating severe meconium aspiration syndrome. Methods 40 children patients with meconium aspiration syndrome from January 2011 to December2014 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.Effects between two groups was compared. Results Before treatment,a/APO2 and OI had no significant difference between two groups, with no statistical differenc(P0.05).After treatment,a/APO2 and OI in observation group was significantly better than that of control group, with statistical difference(P0.05).Breathing machine using time, hospital stay, using oxygen time in observation group was significantly less than that of control respectively, with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Pulmonary surfactant in treating severe meconium aspiration syndrome can significantly improve the oxygenated function of children patients, shorten the course and enhance the effective rate.It is worth to popularize in clinic.
