The Clinical Analysis of Ambroxol in the Treatment of Neonatal Meconium Aspiration Syndrome for 50 cases

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ambroxol in assisted treatment of meconium aspiration syndrome.Methods:100 patients with neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in control group were treated with routine therapy only,the other 50 patients in observation group treated with ambroxol on the basis of the conventional therapy.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 74.0%,the observation group’s effectiveness was 96.0%.The difference had statistical significance(P 0.05).In the observation group,oxygen therapy time,rales disappeared time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol in the assisted treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome is high cure rate,easy using,safe and effective and worth popularizing.
