Studies on Preparation Process of Yang'an Lotion

Abstract

Objective: To choose the optimal extraction process of the Chinese herbal preparation Yangan Lotion.Methods: By orthogonal design,with extractive yield of volatile oil and the content of Matrine determined by HPLC as indexes,the optimal oil and water extractioncondition was studied.Results: The optimum oil extractioncondition : Adding 14times water,soakingfor 0.5 hour and extracting for 7 hours.The best water-extractioncondition: boiled twice with 16times water,2 hours for each time and 80% alcohol-sediment.Conclusion: The results provide the basic for the ascertainment of preparation process of Yang'an Lotion.
