Abstract

Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of Daoleyi in painless delivery. Methods Observation the efficacy of Daoleyi(Daoleyi group,n = 247) or nitrous oxide inhalation(Nitrous oxide group,n = 315),or pure Doula(pure Daole group,n = 184) for 746 puerperas in our hospital from September 2012 to February 2013.Results The analgesic effect in Daoleyi and nitrous oxide groups was significantly better than that in pure Daole group, but they did not significantly different each other. Moreover, active phase, vaginal birth rate, and blood loss 2 h after postpartum in Daoleyi and nitrous oxide groups were significantly better than those in pure Daole group. There were no significant differences in Apgar among the three groups. Conclusion Daoleyi in painless delivery has a better efficacy and less untoward effect. It is worthy to be popularized.
