Analysis on the Effect of Nitrous Oxide on Painless Delivery

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of nitrous oxide on painless delivery.Method:240 puerperas in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group(125 cases)and control group(115 cases).Observation group was given nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia,and control group was not given nitrous oxide aspiration analgesia.Then to observe the delivery of the two groups.Result:The pain,VAS grade,total labor time,vaginal birth rate,and postoperative blood loss in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Nitrous oxide in painless delivery has a better efficacy and less untoward effect.It is worthy to be popularized.
