Abstract

To strengthen construction system of combat corruption and build a clean government is a key initiative for punishing and preventing corruption.The Paper describes the significance of paying attention to details in the construction of the anti-corruption system,analyzes the principles that should be abided in detailed system construction,and discusses how to promote construction of anti-corruption system based on the details from system constructing,system paradigm,system content,publicizing and implementation of the system.
