Abstract
The system construction to combat corruption and build a clean government is an important part of the construction and the important content of constructing the system of punishing and preventing corruption,so that strengthen the system construction to combat corruption and build a clean government has been widely accepted.For now,the framework of the system to combat corruption and build a clean government basically forms,but there are still many problems,execution should be further improved.We should actively explore the way and method of improving the system execution to combat corruption and build a clean government in colleges and universities,perfect the internal executive value of the system,improve the external execution environment of the system,and build a guarantee mechanism of the execution of the system.
