Abstract
Under the new situation, the effective ways to improve the scientific level of anti-corruption construction are as follows:to strengthen the construction of clean and honest culture, resisting corruption from its source; perfecting the construction of anti-cor-ruption system, resisting corruption from its system; strengthening anti-corruption supervision system from the external supervision; On the basis of education, we can make people reject corruption, as well as strengthen culture construction,perfect institutional construction based on system guarantee, and promote supervision mechanism by restricting supervision.
